the location had easy access to metro lines. it was a short walk to different areas. the staff were friendly. the breakfast buffet had western and korean options.

the bed was loud. the matrace wasnt comfy it was too springy. the light switches were not simple. it was hard to switch on the bathroom light at night. the tv colors were too dark. its was impossible to watch a movie.

the hotel is very close to city hall station. i found many restaurants and convenience stores just outside. i also appreciated the microwave, washing machine, and filtered water dispenser on the 12th floor. the availability of slippers and toothbrushes from the vending machine next to the front desk was convenient.

the bed mattress was loud, springy, and not very comfortable. i did not find my sleep very relaxing.

The staff was polite and spoke english well, helpful. housekeeping was reliable. Towels were replaced, and beds were made daily, and i was grateful for the attentive service i received.

the area has restaurants near the hotel, but i didn't try them. i found several convenience stores nearby and i thought this was convenient.

the hotel is near city hall station, about a 7-minute walk. the location is central. also, it is within walking distance to train stations and the airport bus drop-off point, something i valued.

The toilet had a self-cleaning function, which i found great. a fridge was available in the room and it contained two bottles of water replenished daily if i requested housekeeping. This was useful and i thought the space was clean.
